Engineering
Our Engineering team is equipped with the latest technology in CAD/CAM systems which include: Unigraphics NX, Pro Engineer, Solidworks, Surfcam, Partmaker, and CATIA Translators. This enables our engineers to access your CAD files, process data, and quickly respond to your manufacturing needs; and inspection and reverse engineering systems which include: Calypso, HOLOS, and Dimension.

Quality Assurance
BPI personnel take pride in maintaining a consistent level of quality workmanship; we are AS9100 Certified, ISO13485 Compliant and adhere to MIL-STD-45662. Quality department personnel perform inspections using an array of sophisticated inspection equipment and computerized coordinate measuring machines. Our Multi-Point inspection system enables us to confidently stand behind the products we deliver.

BPI maintains a calibration recall system to assure that all inspection equipment provides accurate and consistent data. This inspection equipment includes:
